Ensure our customers achieve their goals with Flymode. You will be the trusted advisor for our clients, guiding them through onboarding, driving adoption, and ensuring they get maximum value from our platform.
What Will You Do
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive start.
- Proactively address customer concerns, technical issues, and feature requests.
- Drive product adoption by conducting training sessions and sharing best practices.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to advocate for product improvements internally.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximize retention and loyalty.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer usage and needs.
- Monitor customer health metrics and intervene when churn risks are identified.

- Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Support role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport.
