Intro to Role

Work directly with Flymode's founders on high-priority strategic, operational, and financial initiatives. This is a high-growth role designed for generalists who want to learn how startups are scaled.

Requirement:

• Exceptional analytical capability, structured logical thinking, and data modeling skills.
• Advanced communication, presentation deck formulation (PowerPoint/Google Slides), and sheet skills.
• High agency, entrepreneurial initiative, resilience, and capability to multitask.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from a top-tier university.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed market research, competitive landscaping, and industry trend modeling to support decisions.
• Assist in compiling boardroom presentations, investor relations updates, and growth metrics.
• Execute special cross-functional projects across engineering, marketing, and commercial operations.
• Manage critical scheduling priorities, draft communications, and track operational action items.
• Evaluate internal operating metrics to identify growth opportunities and efficiency bottlenecks.

Good to Have

• Prior internship experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, or venture-backed startups.
• Basic knowledge of SaaS business models and key operational metrics.
