Intro to Role

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Engineer to join our core team. You will be responsible for architecting and building scalable web applications, handling both client-side and server-side logic, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness in a fast-paced product environment.

What Will You Do

• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications using the MERN stack.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic and databases.
• Implement robust security and data protection measures across the application lifecycle.
• Design and construct scalable data storage solutions and manage database architectures.
• Collaborate closely with the design and product teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software to ensure reliability and uptime.

What You Will Bring

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and the full MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
• Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Solid understanding of server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and database architecture.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and real-time communication technologies (WebSockets).
• Knowledge of code versioning tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and self-documented code.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Good to Have

• Experience with cloud services like AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
