Intro to Role

Lead our moonshot projects. You will foster a culture of innovation, lead rapid experimentation squads, and validate bold new ideas that could shape the future of the company.

Requirement:

• 5+ years of software development or product engineering experience, with a history of shipping new features.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and capacity to drive rapid iterations.
• Technical proficiency integrating AI infrastructures, LLM interfaces, and real-time APIs.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage a dedicated cross-functional pod of developers and designers building 0-to-1 prototype features.
• Execute rapid prototyping sprints to test, validate, or pivot concept hypotheses inside short windows.
• Collaborate directly with the executive leadership team to align innovation targets with strategic plans.
• Monitor advancements in AI, LLMs, and web technology to isolate immediate integration points.
• Direct the operational handover of validated MVPs into our core product engineering lines.

Good to Have

• Previous experience as a startup founder or early startup engineer.
• Portfolio showcasing independent AI applications or modular frameworks.
