Intro to Role
Define the product vision and roadmap. You will translate user needs and business goals into features that drive growth, working at the intersection of UX, Tech, and Business.
Requirement:
- 3+ years of software product management experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B platforms.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience utilizing product telemetry tools (like Mixpanel or PostHog).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional project management skills.
- User-first thinking combined with structural logic to solve complex workflow problems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Define the product roadmap, module priorities, and launch scopes based on strategic objectives.
- Formulate detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance conditions.
- Partner with design and engineering leads to execute agile sprints and ship software enhancements weekly.
- Monitor product usage telemetry and customer behavior to make data-informed roadmap plans.
- Lead user research loops, interview sessions, and usability tests to validate features.
Good to Have
- Background in software development or technical systems design.
- Experience launching travel technology or ERP solutions.
