Intro to Role

Define the product vision and roadmap. You will translate user needs and business goals into features that drive growth, working at the intersection of UX, Tech, and Business.

What Will You Do

• Define and drive the product strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Prioritize features based on rigorous data analysis and user feedback.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and user behavior.
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the product backlog and sprint planning process.
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to validate hypotheses.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in product management throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to make decisions.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Background in software development or a deep technical understanding is a plus.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• User-centric thinking with a focus on solving real problems.
• Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Strategic thinking combined with attention to detail.

Good to Have

• Experience in the Travel Tech or SaaS industry.
• MBA or equivalent business degree.
• Experience launching mobile applications.
