Intro to Role

Scale our user base through paid channels. You will manage ad budgets, optimize campaigns for ROI, and drive high-quality leads through data-driven performance marketing strategies.

What Will You Do

• Manage and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Monitor and optimize key metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Allocate and manage monthly advertising budgets to maximize efficiency.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ad assets.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking pixels and conversion events.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in performance marketing with a track record of scaling budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Experience managing significant monthly ad spends profitably.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on data and ROI.
• Deep understanding of ad platform algorithms and bidding strategies.
• Ability to write compelling ad copy and guide creative direction.
• Attention to detail in campaign setup and reporting.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM integration.

Good to Have

• Experience marketing SaaS or B2B products.
• Knowledge of programmatic advertising.
• Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
