Intro to Role
Own and scale our paid marketing channels. You will manage advertising budgets, design ROI-positive ad campaigns, and drive high-quality B2B leads through data-driven performance strategies.
Requirement:
- 3+ years of performance marketing experience with a track record of scaling B2B SaaS budgets profitably.
- Strong analytical abilities, with expert knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Excel, and attribution tools.
- Collaborative mindset to coordinate creative copy and visual assets with designers and writers.
- Deep understanding of paid search, social bidding models, and search engine marketing (SEM).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Configure, scale, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and paid networks.
- Monitor, isolate, and refine acquisition metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS) to maximize ROI.
- Initiate structured A/B tests for visual banners, ad copies, target audiences, and landing pages.
- Formulate and allocate monthly advertising budgets across campaigns based on efficiency data.
- Maintain pixel tracking setups, conversion events, and CRM attribution integrations.
Good to Have
- Experience marketing software explicitly to business owners (B2B SaaS).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web editing tools.
