Intro to Role

We are looking for a creative, execution-focused Social Media Executive to manage our daily social channels, build audience engagement, and support performance marketing campaigns. You will work directly with the founders and marketing team to execute growth campaigns and operate modern AI content workflows.

Requirement:

  • 1+ years of professional experience managing Meta Ads campaigns and B2B SaaS social channels.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS branding, audience positioning, and lead generation funnels.
  • Knowledge of platform algorithms (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube) and optimization practices.
  • Proven ability to execute social media content plans, write hooks, and track growth analytics.
  • Hands-on experience using AI creative and automation tools (HeyGen, Higgsfield, ChatGPT, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, target bidding setups, and A/B ad testing metrics.
  • Excellent B2B copywriting and editing skills for social posts, ad drafts, and video scripts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for lead generation.
  • Monitor Meta ad campaign metrics (ROAS, CPL, CTR) and implement scaling/targeting strategies.
  • Develop and execute monthly organic social media content calendars across major platforms.
  • Create engaging reels, carousels, and trend-based content that aligns with our brand tone.
  • Build and execute LinkedIn organic growth strategies to drive brand awareness and inbound leads.
  • Create and publish thought leadership content for founders and the company brand pages.
  • Monitor industry trends and hot topics to create timely newsjacking and trend-jacking content.
  • Actively engage with the B2B SaaS community on LinkedIn and Twitter/X to boost brand affinity.
  • Utilize AI tools (HeyGen, Higgsfield, ChatGPT) to produce campaign concepts, avatars, and video assets.
  • Explore and implement AI-based workflows to accelerate creative content generation.
  • Write high-converting ad copy, captions, hooks, and call-to-action campaign messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal design and product teams to refine ad creatives and landing page requirements.

  • Experience working directly with startup founders and marketing managers.
  • Understanding of travel technology ecosystem or travel ERP software trends.
