Intro to Role

Join our rapid prototyping team. We need creative, passionate frontend-focused engineers who love micro-animations, high-end aesthetics, and building interactive, delightful web experiences.

Requirement:

• Extreme passion for web interfaces, frontend design, UI animations, and client-side aesthetics.
• An active portfolio or GitHub repository showcasing creative coding, custom interactions, or visual components.
• Strong familiarity with React, TypeScript, Framer Motion, and Tailwind CSS structures.
• Outstanding attention to detail, design empathy, and an instinct for premium user experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop high-fidelity frontend prototypes, fluid interactions, and visual animations using Framer Motion and Tailwind.
• Collaborate with visual designers to execute premium UI components with pixel-perfect layouts.
• Optimize frontend assets and browser rendering cycles for high-fps layout shifts and transitions.
• Build and test experimental design concepts in rapid internal hackathons and design sprints.
• Explore and evaluate cutting-edge UI trends, libraries, CSS variables, and canvas animations.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with canvas animation or WebGL setups (using Three.js).
• Contributions to open-source UI libraries or design system projects.
